Order Processing

To ensure accuracy, please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Liard Pharmaceuticals typically processes orders within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping charges are based on your order’s weight and destination and will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Import Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These fees are levied by the receiving country’s customs agency and are beyond Liard Pharmaceuticals’ control. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional charges incurred.
